The Story Behind the Name: Why I Chose “Chrysalis Holistics”

When I began the journey of creating my healing practice, I knew I wanted more than just a name; I wanted a symbol. Something that represented transformation, healing, and becoming. That’s how Chrysalis Holistics was born.

🦋 What Is a Chrysalis?

A chrysalis is the protective cocoon where a caterpillar undergoes its most radical transformation. Inside, everything dissolves; old forms, old ways of being. What emerges isn’t just different, it’s entirely new: a butterfly.

But what we don’t often talk about is the sacred discomfort of the in-between. The chrysalis stage is tender, dark, and quiet. It requires stillness. Surrender. Trust.

In many ways, that’s what healing is, too.

🌿 A Symbol of Deep Inner Work

The chrysalis became my personal symbol during my own healing process—a reminder that growth isn’t always beautiful on the outside, but it’s always working within.

So when I chose a name for my practice, I wanted something that honored:

  • The courage it takes to change

  • The stillness required to heal

  • And the beauty that unfolds on the other side

Chrysalis Holistics is a space for that sacred transformation. A place where you are supported, seen, and gently guided back to yourself.

🌀 Why “Holistics”?

Because healing doesn’t happen in one dimension. It’s not just physical. It’s not just emotional. True wellness involves the body, mind, energy, and spirit: all woven together.

At Chrysalis Holistics, I offer trauma-informed, heart-centered services like:

  • Reiki & energy healing

  • Sound therapy

  • Mindfulness practices

  • Spiritual guidance

  • …and more modalities to support you as a whole person

💫 A Place to Transform, Gently

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to be willing to step into the cocoon—and trust that healing is possible.

Whether you're in the early stages of your own chrysalis or emerging with new wings, this space is for you.

Welcome to Chrysalis Holistics.
You are not broken. You are becoming.
