For much of my life, I carried invisible wounds—trauma that shaped how I saw myself, how I moved through the world, and how deeply I could trust others. Much of this pain began in childhood, rooted in experiences I wasn’t equipped to process at the time. I endured physical and sexual abuse, emotional neglect, and years of gaslighting that caused me to question my reality, my worth, and my voice.

As I grew older, the effects of that trauma manifested in many ways: struggles with addiction, deep-seated confidence issues, and the heavy emotional weight of complex PTSD. I often felt like I was stuck in survival mode—hyper-aware, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from any sense of peace or safety within myself.

Yet even in my darkest moments, a quiet part of me kept reaching for something more. For healing. For meaning. For a deeper connection to the part of me that had never been broken.

That search led me to holistic healing and energy work. What began as a personal effort to survive became a transformative journey back to myself. I discovered the body’s innate ability to release stored trauma, the nervous system’s power to rebuild, and the soul’s deep wisdom waiting to be heard.

Through practices like Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and somatic awareness, I began to feel safe again. I learned how to hold myself with compassion. I learned how to trust myself. And over time, I began to rebuild not only my sense of self—but my life.

Now, my mission is to hold space for others walking their own path of healing—especially those who carry the silent weight of trauma, self-doubt, and chronic emotional pain. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unseen. And I also know that healing is absolutely possible.
