Experience a deeply restorative sound bath in Aurora, Colorado, designed to help you relax, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Hosted by Chrysalis Holistics at Urban Symbiosis, this indoor sound healing session uses crystal singing bowls to create soothing frequencies that support stress relief, emotional release, and full-body relaxation. The quiet, intentional environment allows for a more immersive experience than outdoor sessions, helping you settle into stillness without distraction.
Sound baths are known to support:
• Nervous system regulation
• Stress and anxiety relief
• Improved mental clarity
• Deep relaxation and rest
We’ll begin with a gentle grounding to help you arrive, followed by an extended sound journey. As the vibrations move through the body, you may notice a sense of release, calm, or simply space to breathe more deeply.
This experience is open to anyone, whether you’re new to sound healing or have attended before. No prior experience is needed.
